Kipyo Alex Kwon was born in Korea and raised across three countries — Korea, Brazil, and the United States. Growing up between languages and cultures taught him early what most people in this industry learn late: that the hard part of any deal isn't the talent, it's everything around it.
He studied Economics, then built and ran an e-commerce startup before moving into football full-time. That path — analytical training, the grind of running his own company, a genuine obsession with the game — is exactly what representing a player across borders demands.
As a FIFA-licensed Football Agent (Licence No. 202304-458), Alex now brings that same instinct to every client: read the whole board, connect the right people, and make the move happen.
